The Customer Technical Service (“CTS”) department at Ball Asia Pacific Limited provides our
customers with advice and technical support, both on-site and off-site. The primary aim of the
CTS team is to guarantee optimal process control when filling beverages into cans. Our CTS
engineers are experienced, qualified and familiar with the respective individual requirements of
our customers as they co-operate closely with our customers and regularly visit their can filling
plants.

Our CTS staff specialize in all technical processes and systems involved in the filling of
beverages in cans, including:

- filling & seaming equipment services
|
|
- troubleshooting to enhance the filling process performance
|
|
- can handling, storage and logistics
|
|
- providing technical information and training
|
Throughout China and the Ball system, our CTS engineers benchmark experiences about the latest systems and techniques and can therefore pass on their acquired knowledge to our
customers as "best practice". Our CTS team advises and assists the technical staff at our
customers' facilities to continuously enhance the filling process performance and help them to
increase line efficiency.
